Age Limit :
Candidates required age limit should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1st January 2016. Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates up to 5 years, OBC candidates uup to 3 years, Ex-serviceman & Exempted category candidates are relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification :
Executive Assistant - Bachelor Degree from a recognized University. Diploma in Computer Application form any Institute recognized by State Government or Central Government or Recognized by AICTE.
Nirman Sahayak - Candidates Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognized by State / Central Government.
Sahayak - Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or University.
Samiti Education Officer - Candidates must have obtained Graduate Degree with B.Ed Degree or Graduate degree with 3 years experience of Teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with 3 years experience of working in Government sponsored alternative system of Education or Graduate Degree with 3 years experience in Management of Education.
Data Entry Operator (DEO) - Candidates must have passed in Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board or University and having typing speed of 30 words per minutes in English and 20 words per minutes in Bengali. At least 3 months formal training in using Personnal computer from any Institute recognized by the State Government or the Central Government or State council of Technical Education.
Accounts Clerk - Candidates must have passed Madhyamik or its equivalent examination from any recognized University or Board or Council. Diploma in Computer Application from any Institue recognized by the State Government or Central Government or State Council of Technical Education.
Scale of Pay :
Secretary, Accounts Clerk & DEO - Pay Band 2, Rs.5400 to Rs.25200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2600/.
Executive Assistant & Samiti Education Officer - Pay Band 3, Rs.7100 to Rs.37600 with Grade Pay of Rs.3600/.
Nirman Sahayak - Pay Band 4, Rs.9000 to Rs.40500 with Grade Pay of Rs.4400/.
